Our objective was to increase The Dormen’s popularity, and while we targeted the media through product placement we wanted to achieve something bigger. Based on our insights that usually a bar snack – such as nuts – is served while you enjoy a cocktail we knew they could well be from The Dormen Food Company. So we teamed up with JJ Goodman, the award winning cocktail maker and owner of the London Cocktail Clubs, to create a specialised complimentary drinks menu.
Through our exclusive cocktail selection, content was created including the making of the drinks as well as advice from JJ Goodman on combining flavours and snacks. These were posted online and on social media to achieve a drive in sales for The Dormen.
